We offer two charming holiday homes in the picturesque village of Groet, uniquely located near Schoorl and just a 20-minute walk from the beach. Our spacious holiday farmhouse Stolp (9 sleeps) and the cosy cottage Boetje (4 sleeps) provide the perfect base for a wonderful coastal getaway. Surrounded by dunes, forests and wide open polder landscapes, you’ll experience everything that makes North Holland so special. Here, you’ll find the perfect balance between peace, nature, and the lively atmosphere of nearby villages, beach cafés and great restaurants.

Groet, North-Holland, NetherlandsThis luxurious family home occupies half of a beautifully renovated farmhouse and is within walking distance of the dunes and the sea. The nature cottage features French doors opening onto the terrace and garden, an open-plan kitchen, a cosy sitting area, and both a dining and play area. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with six single box-spring beds. The second floor also offers an additional bedroom with three single beds.

Holiday Home het Boetje for 4 persons
Groet, North-Holland, NetherlandsThis original beachcomber’s cottage is located on the grounds of a farmhouse, near the dunes and the sea, along a quiet country road. The cosy living room features a gas fireplace, and there’s an open kitchen with a dining area. On the second floor, you’ll find two small bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm); one of the rooms has two box-spring beds. Please note that there is no toilet on the upper floor.

Groet is part of the municipality of Bergen, where you’ll also find the charming villages of Egmond, Schoorl and Bergen – each loved for its atmosphere, art, culture and unique shops. And if you’re in the mood for a city visit, the historic centres of Alkmaar and Schagen are only a 20-minute drive away.
