Description

This luxurious family home occupies half of a renovated North Holland Stolp farmhouse. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the expansive Schoorl forest and dune area, the beautiful polder landscape, or the beach. Within walking distance, you’ll find several restaurants, a café, a supermarket, and a bus stop. 

House layout

The Stolp is a true family home designed for spending quality time together. Downstairs, you’ll find plenty of space to cook, eat, play games, or simply relax on the sofa. For the little ones, there’s plenty of toys available. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a luxurious 6-burner stove and a JURA coffee machine.

The house has French doors that open onto a sunny south-facing terrace. The enclosed garden includes a lawn where children can play football while you unwind on a sun lounger.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with a total of six single box-spring beds. You’ll also find two adjoining bathrooms here, each with a shower, a bath, and two toilets.

On the second floor, there’s another bedroom with two single beds. The ninth bed is located in the very top of the farmhouse, on a mezzanine.

Next to De Stolp, there is space for one car and bicycles. Elsewhere on the property, there’s room for two additional cars. If you arrive with more vehicles, they can be parked further down the street free of charge.
