Description

This original beachcomber’s cottage is located on the grounds of a farmhouse, near the dunes and the sea, on a quiet road. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring the vast Schoorl forest and dune area, the beautiful polder landscape, or the beach. Within walking distance, you’ll find several restaurants, a café, a supermarket, and a bus stop. 

House layout

In the cozy living room, you’ll find a gas fireplace — perfect for warming up by the fire during the colder months. In the same space, there’s an open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a combination microwave/oven. For coffee, you can use either a Nespresso machine or a filter coffee maker. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet.
An air conditioner downstairs provides both cooling and extra warmth when needed.

Upstairs, there are two small bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200). One of the bedrooms has two box-spring beds. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of one baby cot, though this requires removing one of the larger beds.
Please note that there is no toilet upstairs and that access is via a spiral staircase.

You’ll have your own sunny private terrace with outdoor furniture and a covered veranda. In addition to the designated parking space, there is extra parking available on the property for one more car.
